Modified Academic  Placement Program

The Modified Academic Placement (MAP) program is intended to meet the needs of students with learning disabilities. These students, who face challenges in reaching their goals, receive additional help in all areas of their academic endeavors. Students accepted to the program may be part of special math and/or English classes, participate in an environmental analysis class or receive only modifications within the regular classroom.

To be considered for acceptance into the program, Lutheran High School must receive the following:

·        Completed Lutheran High School Application

·        Completed MAP application

·        Copies of current Psycho/Educational testing (within the last two years) documenting the existence of a disability.

In order to provide specialized smaller classes there is an extra charge for students in the program.
