Oktoberfest Booths

We are pleased each year to have over 30 booths selling everything from aprons to sweets to jewelry. /files/Oktoberfest pictures/IMG_5622.JPGYou may reserve your booth online using the Booth Reservations form on the website.

For Vendors:

The Lutheran High School Oktoberfest is attended by about 1500 people each year and has been in existence over 10 years. The 2008 event will be October 18, from 10:00-5:00.

Oktoberfest attracts over 30 vendors of everything from art to jewelry. Booths are approximately 10 X 10 feet of space, with an 8 foot folding table and 2 chairs. You are welcome to bring an additional table, backdrops, tablecloths, etc.

Booths are available in 2 locations:

The mezzanine receives much traffic and has easy access for set up. The rental fee is $50.

The gym floor is roomier, but access is by stairs, so the rental charge is $40.

If electricity is needed, there is an additional charge of $5. Bring your own extension cord if possible.

For security reasons, set up is the morning of the event, beginning at 8:00 am. Vehicles can unload at the front door, and then be moved to the adjacent lot, leaving parking spaces available for our visitors. Access to the gym floor is down a set of stairs, unless special arrangements are made.

Advertising flyers may be made available to vendors in advance to encourage them to invite their existing customers. A brochure will be handed to visitors at the door listing vendors and their locations. For accuracy, please let us know the types of products you will be selling and what name you wish for your booth.

We plan to have a “treasure hunt” in which visitors will take their brochure to participating vendors for a stamp. Once all those vendors are visited, the brochure is dropped into a box for a drawing. Vendors who wish to participate are asked to donate an item from their booth for the drawing. The items will be displayed during the event with vendor information.  Deadline for participation in the drawing is October 4, 2008.
